I have only just received this item but it was received in advance of the anticipated delivery date which is good. Chammy kept me informed about the delivery progress. Not used the item yet so can't comment on that aspect. The only negative aspect I would comment on is the tax I had to pay to ship the item into the UK - this was not a small amount at £132 and it was not stated when I originally ordered the item that this needed to be paid. It is shipping tax that has to be paid because the UK is no longer part of the EU. The fact that this needed to be paid was not stated on Chammys website at the time of purchase which the average consumer would not know. I would still have purchased the item but clearer communication at the outset would be better. Anyway I am pleased to now have my order and hope it will be useful.
